Students Council:

The entire student body elects the President, Vice President and Secretary of the student council. The Student Council coordinates all students’ activities and acts as a liaison between students and management of the college.

College Societies:

There are different societies at SJC that includes Science Society, Commerce Society, Humanities & Social Sciences Society, Music and Art Society, Bazm-e-Adab, Christian fellowship Society, English literary Society, Sports Society, Islamiat Society etc. Each society organizes activities and events for entire student body.

Sports:

Games and sports are an integral part of a student’s life. A student should not only study hard to be successful in competitive examinations, but also play sports to enjoy the health and vigor of life. Spacious ground of SJC facilitates students to actively participate in different games. Sports day is organized annually in which students display their abilities through participation in different games like tug of war, relay race, throwball etc. SJC students also participates in Inter-College competitions and bring laurels to the college.

Other Events and Activities:

St. Joseph’s College For Women organizes various academic and cultural activities such as an innovative ideas exhibition, dramas, milad, Christmas play and fun fairs that serve to broaden student’s horizon. Emphasis is also laid on responsible citizenship and community service, the student body raises fund to aid those less fortunate, participates in blood donation also.
