Admission to St. Joseph's College is on a highly competitive basis. The students selected are those who have very good academic results and who wish to improve their academic qualifications. The admission criteria for the College's Intermediate programs are described below.

• Candidates must have a passed their Matriculation examination or 'O' levels examination in eight (8) subjects or an equivalent examination with minimum 60% marks for admission to Science, 55% for Commerce and a minimum of 50% for admission to Arts and Humanities
• Candidates must be able to read and write English.

Fees Structure

St. Joseph's College operates as a non-profit institution. The fee structure and payment schedule is given below:

Note:

1. Admission Fee, 1st Installment and Annual Other Charges to be paid at the time of Admission.
2. Tuition fee is paid quarterly in advance.
3. 3. After the last date for payment of fee a fine of Rs.25/- will be charged per day till one Month. After one month the student's name will be struck off from the College rolls.
4. Payment of Fees through Pay Order.
5. Fees once paid are not refundable.
6. Fees applicable to this year only. Fees for next year will increase by 10 to 15 percent.

Financial Assistance/Scholarship Program:

St. Joseph's College provides financial assistance for students who are unable to afford the financial cost of an academic program. Financial assistance is provided to students on merit cum need basis. On admission to the College a form for financial assistance can be obtained from the Fee Office.
